In most cases many businesses have already taken steps to contribute feedback to the proposed changes.One concern for many is what impact the significant changes could have on the digital advertising economy within the Australian market. Not to mention many businesses being in a flux of how do we do more with less....The ongoing theme gaining momentum is that of "more needs to be done including transparency, consent and security requirements". This has become mission critical, the risks and lack of regulation in some areas has very quickly become an areas of focus!Local regulatory changes impact any business handling customer data or any association with it.
