Fialkow, of 12 Linda lane, Nahant, father of three, was pronounced dead on arrival at Lynn Hospital. crash occurred on the causeway, midway between Nahant and Lynn, at 8:15 last night. The driver of the second car, Donald W. Richards, 25, of 6. Swallow Cave also Nahant, was reported to be in "fair" condition today at Lynn Hospital.

The causeway was recently described, by G. M.D.C. Maloney as Commis- being in "deplorable condition." It is the only road to Nahant. Fialkow was the son of Mr. and Mrs.

Benjamin Fialkow of 70 Castle Nahant. His father is a textile manufacturer New Bedford and is owner ext the Ocean Hill Park home development in Nahant. 3 (UPI) -The ashes of former Danish public officer, to the United Nations, BangJensen, committed suicide in New York last week, buried from the small 1 will be Copenhagen church of Solbjerg today. Benson to Have Gall Bladder Out WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 (AP) -Secretary of Agriculture Ezra Taft Benson will undergo an operation for removal of his gall bladder Walter Reed Army Hospital tomorrow. The hospital announced the Secretary entered the hospital yesterday following a period of intermittent acute attacks gall bladder colic. The attacks started after his recent trade and goodwill trip to Europe. Benson is expected to be in the hospital.
